  • Diagram of the physical layout of the event.
  • Written approval from the local jurisdiction authorizing the applicant to engage in onsite cannabis sales to, and onsite consumption by, persons 21 years of age or older at the event.
  • A list of all licensees that will be providing onsite sales of cannabis goods at the event.
  • Business formation documents,including all documents filed with the CA Secretary of State (SOS). Foreign corporations must include a copy of the Certificate of Qualification from the SOS.
  • Labor peace agreement or notarized statement indicating that you will enter into and abide by the terms of a labor peace agreement, if applicable.
  • Limited waiver sovereign immunity, if applicable.
